Ginger lime carrots

- 3 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp honey shopping list
- 2 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated lime peel shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated ginger root shopping list
- lime slices shopping list
How to make it
- Cook carrots for 10 minutes in 3 cups salted water. Drain.
- Heat butter, honey, lime juice, peel and ginger in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Pour glaze over carrots and stir until well glazed.
- Put carrots in serving dish and garnish with lime slices.
