Ingredients
  • Ham Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fresh, bulk sausage
  • 1 pound ground ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • Syrup Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions
  1. Mix thoroughly all ingredients for ham and form int small individual loafs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  2. While hame bakes, prepare syrup by mixing all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Baste ham loaves with syrup and continue baking for another 30 minutes.

Hey Crossfire, had to remove the photo b/c the store owners got in touch. Spectacular recipe though!


How much sugar do you add to the syrup? Or what type of sweeter would you add? I think there might be a missing ingredient--is it your secret ingredient??? :)
