How to make it

  • Set oven temperature to 100 degrees C.
  • Boil some water on the stove. when boiled, add the rice along with 1/2 teaspoon of oil and a teaspoon of salt, boiling for 12 minutes, stirring 3-4 times.
  • When cooked drain the water out of the rice but DO NOT rinse with water. Spoon rice onto a tray and put in oven.
  • Slice chicken into small pieces and stirfry in a wok. Remove chicken and put aside.
  • Cut up remaining ingredients and stirfry in the wok. When cooked add chicken and continue to stirfry.
  • Once cooked to satisfy add rice and mix ingredients all together. Add some soy sauce and then serve into bowls.
  • Add soy sauce to taste and enjoy your quick, easy and healthy meal!
