Onion-Topped Hot Dish

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen California-blend vegetables, thawed shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt shopping list
- 20 frozen large onion rings shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the vegetables, soup, mozzarella cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with potatoes; drizzle with butter. Top with seasoned salt and onion rings.
- Cover and bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
