Ingredients
  • 8 tbsp salt
  • 8 tbsp white sugar
  • 8 tbsp brown sugar
  • 8 tbsp ground cumin
  • 8 tbsp chile powder
  • 8 tbsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 16 tbsp paprika

Directions
  1. Mix together and store in tightly sealed, dry container.
  2. ***Use as a rub on your favorite meat (chicken, pork, beef) or add to hamburgers for grilling or meatloaf.
  3. ***Great for rotisserie cooking.
  4. ***You can add a little water to make a BBQ paste. This make a great marinade for chicken or pork.
