Scalloped Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can cream style corn

2 cups sour cream

1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn

2 eggs, beaten

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 stick margarine

1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and spread into 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
