Ingredients
  • 12 pre-baked miniature tart shells
  • 6 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 5 tbsp strawberry or cherry preserves
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions
  1. Set tart shells on a baking sheet for easier assembly.
  2. Melt together the chocolate and jam, stirring to combine well.
  3. Mix in the ginger thoroughy to avoid lumps.
  4. Fill the tart shells with the chocolate mixture and leave to set.
