Crockpot Beef Vegetable Soup

- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained. shopping list
- 1 can tomato juice (46 ounces) shopping list
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed shopping list
- 2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed shopping list
- 1 envelope onion soup mix shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium high heat; drain.
- Transfer to a 5 qt slow cooker.
- Stir in the tomato juice, mixed vegetables, potatoes and soup mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until heated through.
- 10 Servings.
