16 oz Velveeta Cheese, cut into cubes

8oz Sour Cream

1 C Prepared Ranch Dressng

Directions

In microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients

Microwave on high for 6 -8 mins, stirring every 2 mins

Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended

Serve with crackers and/or assorted cut veggies

*Want It Zesty: Add 10oz RoTel-Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained; increase heating time to 8-10 mins.

**Can also be warmed and served in mini crockpot; as warming stir occassionally to completely blend ingredients.
