Spicy Potato Soup

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 4 cups cubed peeled potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 tsp hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In a Dutch oven or large kettle, brown ground beef. Drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the soup has thickened.
