Ingredients
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 C. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1 C. Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 C. roasted red pepper, diced
  • 2 T. fresh chopped thyme or basil
  • Salt and freshly coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 lb favorite pasta

Directions
  1. combine lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, olives, red pepper thyme, and the salt, and pepper in a large serving bowl.
  2. Toss the hot cooked pasta with the sauce.
