Was cleaning up the fridge and noticed the cream cheese lying inside since christmas .. so decided to make brownie for dis weekend

Ingredients
- 100 gm Pure cocoa pwd
- 150 gm butter
- 2 eggs
- 150 gm caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 75 gm castor sugar
- 300 gm cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 225 gm all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp milk
Directions
- Melt the butter and the cocoa pwd at low flame , mixing with the wooden spoon . Cool it .
- Beat the 2 eggs , sugar
- Add to the cocoa mixture .
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg
- Beat 1 egg .
- Add the cream cheese and the sour cream
- Fold in the flour and the milk .
- Pour it in the lined cake tin .
- Pour the cocoa mixture on top .
- Mix with the wooden spoon .
- Bake for 40 mins
- Cool it . Cut into pieces
