Ingredients
  • 2(14-oz)cans quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1-cup mayonnaise
  • Pepper Jack cheese (2 1/2-cup freshly shredded)
  • 1/4-cup Italian Style bread crumbs
  • Snack crackers

Directions
  1. Heat oven to400°.
  2. Mix artichokes, mayo, and 2-cups of cheese.
  3. Spread mixture in ungreased 13X9-in glass dish.
  4. Mix remaining 1/2-cup cheese and the bread crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle over the artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  7. Serve with snack crackers of your choice.
