These ribs are for a dark rainy or snowy night with the family or friends

Ingredients
  • 4 # spare ribs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 cloves garic minced
  • dash of pepper

Directions
  1. Cut ribs in sections and put in roaster
  2. cover with foil and seal tightly
  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 mins
  4. Uncover and drain
  5. combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs
  6. Cover and bake 350 for 90 mins
