How to make it

  • Prepare dressing in a small bowl, stir well with a whisk. Set aside.
  • Combine shredded apple and cabbage in a large bowl. Add vinagrette, and toss gently to coat.

    I think this sounds great. Especialy(geez I used to remember how to spell) that I can make it in the winter. The produce in Minnesota in the winter is slim pickings. Thanks for the great recipe. L.
