Ingredients

1/4 pound lean ground turkey

chopped green onion ( how much you would like to add)

chopped red pepper ( again how much you would like to add)

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 1/2 cups macaroni

1 cup water

2/4 cup salsa or picante sauce

shredded cheese

avocado

crushed tortillas

sour cream

as much as you like :)

Directions

In a large skillet coated with nonstick spray, cook turkey, onion and red pepper until turkey is cooked through. On medium high heat

Stir in the tomato sauce, macaroni, water and picante sauce (or salsa). Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes ( until macaroni is cooked through)

Top with all your add-on and enjoy!!
