Basic Homemade Pasta Recipe

Basic Pasta I use to make ravioli. i use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes and my 3 year old loves them! also good for perogies.

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbls salt
- 3 tbls olive oil
- 2 1\2 cups flour
Directions
- Beat eggs and oil
- add salt
- slowly add flour while stirring. the last cup gets a bit tough, try folding it in with your hands
- roll it as thin as possibe and cut to size. I use cookie cutters for fun. try stuffing with beef for simple ravioli.

Its so easy i cant believe it.....! can i ask - if i wanted to make ravioli, if i added cooked miced beef (mixed with garlic onions or whatever), how do i cook the ravioli? just boil for 5 mins or something? thanks!
