Chicken Tequila Recipe

                    - 1 C. chicken stock shopping list
- 2 Boneless chicken breast shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- ½ C. green pepper, chopped shopping list
- ½ med onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes w/peppers shopping list
- ½ C. tequila shopping list
- juice from two limes shopping list
- Dash cayenne pepper shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
- ½ C. sliced olives shopping list
- 8 oz noodles shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- fresh basil or parsley, garnish shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Simmer the chicken breasts in the stock, until tender.
- Remove and cube.
- Set aside, reserving stock.
- Sauté the garlic, onion and green pepper in olive oil.
- Add tomatoes, tequila, juice and seasonings; simmer, covered ½ hour.
- Add chicken and olives and re-heat.
- If sauce becomes too thick, add the chicken stock.
- Toss with cooked noodles.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil or parsley leaves.
