Lemon Pepper Gravy

A delicious gravy that I serve over chicken, chuck steak and pork. Found on the internet a long time ago.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 4 tsp. flour shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 6 TB lemon juice shopping list
- 3 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter and garlic in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted. Blend in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Serve over chicken, or grilled chuck steaks.
