Mushroom Asparagus Quiche

- 1 tube(8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard shopping list
- 11/2 lbs.fresh asparagus,trimmed and cut shopping list
- cut into 1/2" pieces. shopping list
- 1 med. onion,chopped shopping list
- 1/2c sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4c butter cubed shopping list
- 2 eggs,lightly beaten shopping list
- 2c(8oz.) shreaded mozzarella shopping list
- 1/4c minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/2tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp each dried basil.oregano and rubbed sage shopping list
How to make it
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles;place in an ungreased 9" pie plate with points toward the center. Press onto the bottom and up the sides to form a crust;seal perforations. Spread with mustard;set aside In a lg. skillet,saute the asparagus,onions and mushrooms in butter until asparagus is crisp-tender. In a lg. bowl,combine the remaining ingredients;stir in asparagus mixture. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 for 25-30 mins or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 mins before cutting.
