Rigatoni Chicken And Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 8oz box rigatoni cooked n drained

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/3 c margarine

2 tablespoons instant bouilon chicken flavored

3 cups cooked n cubed chicken or turkey

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/3 cup flour

4 1/2 cups milk

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions .Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In dutch oven or large saucepan ,over meduim heat cook onio in margarine till tender, stir in flour and bouilon.Gradually stir in milk, cook until thick n bubbly. Remove from heat,add cheese, stir till melted.Stir in pasta and chicken.Spoon into a greases 13x9" bakin dish,cover n bake 30 minutes, remove cover bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes.
