Cheese Cake Made with Cake Mix

Easy preparation and tastes good.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs (unbeaten) shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 packages cream cheese 8oz. shopping list
- 1/3 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 1 box lemon or yellow cake mix with pudding added shopping list
How to make it
- Blend 1 egg, oil and 1 cup cake mix until well blended.
- Mixture will be thick.
- Spread into a 13x9 baking dish.
- Bake until brown at 350 for about 10 minutes.
- Blend 2 eggs, sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the rest of the cake mix slowly until all ingredients are smooth.
- Mixture will be thick.
- Pour into the baking dish on top of the already baked cake.
- Bake at 350 until lightly browned, 30-40 minutes.
- Cool and cut into squares.
