Cheese Cake Made With Cake Mix Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs (unbeaten)

1 cup sour cream

2 packages cream cheese 8oz.

1/3 cup cooking oil

1 box lemon or yellow cake mix with pudding added

Directions

Blend 1 egg, oil and 1 cup cake mix until well blended.

Mixture will be thick.

Spread into a 13x9 baking dish.

Bake until brown at 350 for about 10 minutes.

Blend 2 eggs, sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.

Add the rest of the cake mix slowly until all ingredients are smooth.

Mixture will be thick.

Pour into the baking dish on top of the already baked cake.

Bake at 350 until lightly browned, 30-40 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares.

Imagine a chocolate cake mix base...add some fresh lemon or orange zest to the cheesecake mix, then top the finished and cooled cake with a chocolate ganache topping..Oh yeahhhhhh!Don't forget some freshly whipped cream!
