How to make it

  • 1) Beat cream with vanilla essence and coffee until soft peak foam, stir in melted chocolate and Kahlua until combined.
  • 2) Whip egg white until stiff; gradually add in sugar and continue beat until thick and glossy, bout five minutes.
  • 3) Gently fold meringue into chocolate cream mixture until combined. spoon into 4 serving in a irish mug or goblet glasses.
  • 4) Chill, top with coffee beans or chocolate sauce and broken meringue
