Ingredients

8 ounces egg noodles

3 eggs beaten

1/4 cup sugar or Splenda

1 14 ounce can cherry pie filling to which you have added 1/8th teaspoon almond extract and stirred well.

1 stick butter softened

1 tablespoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

4 ounces sour cream

Directions

Cook and drain the noodles

Mix butter with sugar and cinnamon, vanilla and eggs.

Mix in the sour cream

In a round 1 1/2 quart greased casserole, place 1/2 the noodle mixture, then 1/2 the cherry pie filling, then the rest of the noodle mixture and top with the remaining cherry pie filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
