Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sautee diced red pepper and garlic in Olive oil over medium heat until golden and fragrent, 5-7 minutes. Add extra Balsamic and spices to it if you wish.
  • In the meantime, mix all the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Let pepper/garlic mixture cool slightly, add to the mixture and blend well, adding more bread products to create a desired consistency.
  • Stuff the bird and bake.
  • Serve with appropriate gravy.
It looks better raw. I know I should've tied it up, but I ran out of string. Sue me!   Close
This was my 3rd helping! Yes, I'm a fat slob.   Close

I dunno, I agree with you i think, it looks better raw...This is so cool! Looks great! One time I made pizza crust using a couple of pieces of white bread and crushed saltine crackers. I wanted pizza badly enough and had no car and no money to get one already made. It was actually one of the best pizza crusts i have ever had.

Hey---that's what the stuffing idea is all about, dude. Using your old breads and putting them to good use! You've invented your own recipe here! Sounds awesome---I'll bet it tasted great!
