This is a really good sandwich--very filling and very delicious! :)

Ingredients
  • 8 sliced dried tomatoes or dried tomato halves (not oil packed)
  • 2 Tbs. EVOO
  • 12 oz. beef sirloin steak, about 3/4 in. thick
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 square bagels or ciabatta rolls, split
  • 1/4 c. mayonaise
  • 1 c. mixed salad greens

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place tomatoes in a small bowl; cover with a little water.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 min.
  4. Brush oil on steak; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange steak on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
  6. Broil 3 to 4 in. from heat for 12 to 16 min. or until desired doneness, turning once.
  7. Thinly slice beef across the grain into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Drain tomatoes.
  9. Spread split sides of rolls lightly with mayonaise.
  10. Top roll bottoms with steak, tomatoes, salad greens and roll tops.
  11. Enjoy! :)
