Tasty, Oriental Chicken & Shrimp with rice. Great One skillet meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 chopped tomato
  • 1 small chopped onion - large chunks
  • 2 Tbsp Oriental Stir-Fry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Oriental Stir-Fry sauce
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 12 medium shrimp (chop into bite sized pieces if desired)
  • 6 baby carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 cups water or chicken broth

Directions
  1. In a large skillet on medium high heat, fry rice in oil until white.
  2. Stir, Stir, Stir
  3. Add stir fry seasoning -stir
  4. Add onion and tomato - stir for a couple of minutes
  5. Add chicken - stir
  6. Add sauce and water- stir
  7. Add carrots
  8. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 7-8 minutes or until rice is almost done
  9. Add more water if necessary
  10. Add broccoli & shrimp
  11. Cook for about 2 more minutes.
