How to make it

  • In a large skillet on medium high heat, fry rice in oil until white.
  • Stir, Stir, Stir
  • Add stir fry seasoning -stir
  • Add onion and tomato - stir for a couple of minutes
  • Add chicken - stir
  • Add sauce and water- stir
  • Add carrots
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 7-8 minutes or until rice is almost done
  • Add more water if necessary
  • Add broccoli & shrimp
  • Cook for about 2 more minutes.
