I Love Taco Salads. I made this for girls camp last summer!!! It was a hit for 16 teens!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1pk. Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Thick ''N Chunky Salsa
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Four Cheese Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
  • Chopped tomato, (optional)
  • Sour Cream, Guacamole, (optional)
  • Chopped Olives, (optional)

Directions
  1. Brown meat; drain; add taco seasoning according to instructions
  2. Stir in salsa.
  3. Layer lettuce, chips, meat mixture and cheese on large platter or individual serving plates.
  4. Top with tomato and sour cream, Guac, Olives.
