Easy Taco Salad

I Love Taco Salads. I made this for girls camp last summer!!! It was a hit for 16 teens!!!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey shopping list
- 1pk. taco seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 cup Thick ''N chunky salsa shopping list
- 4 cups shredded lettuce shopping list
- tortilla chips shopping list
- 1 cup Four cheese Mexican Style Shredded cheese shopping list
- Chopped tomato, (optional) shopping list
- sour cream, guacamole, (optional) shopping list
- Chopped olives, (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat; drain; add taco seasoning according to instructions
- Stir in salsa.
- Layer lettuce, chips, meat mixture and cheese on large platter or individual serving plates.
- Top with tomato and sour cream, Guac, Olives.

Fantastic!! I'm not a fan of the ones that use the Catalina type dressing or Thousand Island so this was ideal for me! Was not sure when to add the salsa to the meat and added it while the meat was still hot, next time I'll let the meat cool then add...more
