Mexican Spaghetti

- 1 box vermicelli (Fideo) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp oil shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1 8oz can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 cups water or beef stock shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef, drain fat and set aside
- Add oil to pan and stir in Vermicelli to coat
- Add onion, garlic,& cumin. Stir
- Add ground beef, tomato sauce and stock/water.
- Add salt & stir
- Bring to a boil & simmer for about 8 minutes or until Vermicelli is cooked
