Grecian Pork Tenderloin Recipe
This grilled pork recipe tastes great with the marinade that is used. It is easy and great for that backyard barbeque. Invite your neighbors!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c lime juice, fresh
  • 3/4 c olive oil
  • 6 cut cloves of garlic
  • 2 t salt
  • 6 T oregano, dried
  • 2 pork tenderloins, 1 lb each

Directions
  1. 1. Place oregano, salt, garlic, olive oil, and lime juice in a large zip lock plastic bag. Shake the sealed bag until all of the ingredients are well mixed. Sample the marinade for tartness. If it is too tart, add more oil. If there is not enough zing, then add more lime. The salt and garlic flavors should also be noticeable. Place tenderloins in the bag with the marinade, seal, and turn to coat. Marinate for 2 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  3. 3. Lightly oil the grill grate, and dispose of the marinade. Grill tenderloins for 20 to 30 minutes, only turning once, to desired doneness.

Alterations


This was easy and quick. I did add a few things.
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
and I minced the onion fine. I was not sure what "cut up" meant but with a marinade the smaller the pieces the better to distribute the flavors.
