How to make it

  • cube the cooked chicken
  • cook chopped shallot in olive oil until transluscent
  • add capers and cook until capers are warm
  • cool shallot caper mixture to room temp
  • add to chicken with mayo to taste
  • add salt and pepper
  • for best taste let the salad sit overnight
