This is a classic that has been around for a long time but one I never get tired of. I usually make it during the holidays and will be making this Sunday for Easter. Yummy.

I used to make this when I worked in a deli as a teenager, and always loved it. We never put cherries in it, though. That sounds like an interesting twist on it, and I will have to try it! (I love cherries!)
