How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients
  • Stir till moistened
  • Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. till done

    Sounds great and delicious. I love the cranberry and walnut combo. Plus, I am intrigued by the additon of Chinese five-spice powder. I have it on hand and am ready to bake...ha! Anoter great post - thanks! =)
