Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place cereal and water in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for at least 3 minutes remove from oven, stir and let it cool. It will be thick but that's alright!
  • In another bowl, add all other ingredients and the cooked cereal and stir.
  • Let this rest a few minutes, in the meantime plug in your waffle iron and set the temp.
  • Mine beeps at me when it is ready for batter.
  • When iron is ready, spray it with cooking spray and add 1/3 cup of batter.
  • When the light on the waffle iron goes out or starts beeping, the waffle is ready.
  • Remove from iron and spread both sides with a little butter, add fresh fruit and enjoy!
  • Today, these are the only waffles I make. When my son is home from college, I can never make enough!
