Ingredients
  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved (pounded, cut in chunks, or strips.)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1cup Milk
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2-1/2 Teaspoons Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons Salt
  • 3 cups Peanut oil

Directions
  1. Mix together the egg and milk.
  2. Place the fillets in mixture, and let sit for at least an hour.
  3. Mix together Flour, Sugar, Pepper, and Salt.
  4. After soaking, coat in the flour mixture.
  5. Place the Peanut oil in a deep fat fryer, and bring up to a high heat.
  6. Once up to 375 F gently drop into the oil, and let cook until golden brown.
