How to make it

  • Remove stems from 30 large, cleaned mushrooms
  • Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet
  • Mix remaining ingredients together, reserving 1/2 of Emmenthal
  • Fill mushroom caps with filling
  • Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes, until bubbling
  • Top with remaining grated cheese, and broil until the cheese melts
  • Serve immediately.
