How to make it

  • Top the cooked brownie, in the sprinform pan, with white chocolate chocolate-chip ice cream
  • Cover with foil and freeze
  • Remove from freezer when ready to serve
  • Remove the ring
  • Cut into slices (like cheesecake)
  • Before serving top with *whipped cream*
  • Top then with chocolate sauce (warm chocolate sauce is delish)
  • May sprinkle with toasted pecans or nuts of your choice
