How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Brown the ribs in a lightly sprayed skillet
  • Place ribs in pan
  • Add onions and cider
  • Seal with lid or foil
  • Bake until tender - about 2 hours
  • Pour out beer
  • Slather the ribs with the barbecue sauce (and pineapple if you wish) and bake uncovered for one more hour or until the meat is brown and the sauce is thick.

    Delish - and oh so Divaliscious pleasing - great posting! its a keeper and a to do for the next time I make ribs....which will be this next week since I have been craving them and watching too much of the food network pushing ribs shows!
