Ingredients
  • 3 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 bottle Woodchuck Draft Cider - Amber
  • 2 cups of barbecue sauce - I made my own with ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder and a splash of the cider
  • Crushed pineapple, optional

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Brown the ribs in a lightly sprayed skillet
  3. Place ribs in pan
  4. Add onions and cider
  5. Seal with lid or foil
  6. Bake until tender - about 2 hours
  7. Pour out beer
  8. Slather the ribs with the barbecue sauce (and pineapple if you wish) and bake uncovered for one more hour or until the meat is brown and the sauce is thick.
