- 1 (8-oz) carton cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3-cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/8-tspn salt shopping list
- 1-cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces shopping list
- 1-cup peanut butter chips shopping list
- Cupcakes shopping list
- 1 ½-cups flour shopping list
- 1-cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4-cup baking cocoa shopping list
- 1/4-tspn baking soda shopping list
- 1/2-tspn salt shopping list
- 1-cup water shopping list
- 1/2-cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1-tbspn white vinegar shopping list
- 1-tspn vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- For the filling-
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar, egg, ad salt, mix well.
- Foil in the chocolate and peanut butter chips set aside.
- For the cupcakes -
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt Add the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla; mix well.
- Fill paper-lined muffin cups half full with batter.
- Top each with about 2-tbspn of cream cheese filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
- Cook for 10 minutes before removing to write rack to
- Cool completely.
- Yields 1 ½-dz.
- NOTE: The filling with partially cover the top of the cupcake.
