How to make it

  • Preheat broiler
  • Rinse fish and pat dry
  • Stir together next 5 ingredients and set aside
  • Place fish on lightly greased broiler rack, tucking under thin edges of fillets
  • Brush with lemon butter mixture
  • Broil for 5 minutes, basting with lemon butter mixture after 3 minutes
  • Flip fish over and baste with remaining lemon butter mixture
  • Broil 4 minutes
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs over fish
  • Broil long enough for crumbs to brown(about 1 minute)
