This is a quick and easy mexican casserole.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • Taco seasoning
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 can Cheddar or Nacho Cheese soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • Shredded Kraft Mexican Cheese

Directions
  1. Cook hamburger and then drain grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, cheese soup and rotel. Mix together and simmer for 15 minutees.
  3. Cut tortillas in quarters and layer on bottom of casserole. Spoon in about a third of the hamburger mixture.
  4. Repeat with second and third layer then top with cheese.
  5. Bake in oven about 5 minutes at 350 until cheese is melted.
