How to make it

  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl. Work yeast mixture, olive oil and 1 cup warm water into flour mixture until dough is formed. (Add a little more flour or water, if needed.)
  • Form dough into 2 balls. Cover. Let stand in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Roll dough into thin circles. Place on greased 12- to 14-inch pizza pans. Stretch dough to cover pans. Pinch rim around edge before adding toppings.
