You can't go wrong cooking steak with this marinade! This marinade is a family favorite for steaks!

Ingredients
  • 2 tbs. grated ginger root
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. sherry
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs. honey

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix. Then, marinate steaks for a minimum of 4 hours prior to grilling.
