- 250g potato flour shopping list
- 200g caster sugar shopping list
- 110g soft butter/margarine shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp gluten free bakin powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda shopping list
- 1 level tsp xanthan gum shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
How to make it
- cream the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs and vanilla essence, beatin well untill blended.
- dry mix the rest of the ingredients then add to mixture and beat well.
- divide into two 7 1/2 inch sandwich tins (greased) and cook at 180c(365f) for 20 - 25 mins approx.
