How to make it

  • Cook beef and onion, drain. Add seasoning and repare according to directions. Cool slightly.
  • Flatten biscuits into 4 inch circles. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture into each, top with cheese. Place another biscuit on top and pinch edges to seal tightly.
  • Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    What a great idea! I like the layered biscuits. I'm going to try using the layers to make smaller portions, possibly an appetizer. They can even be made into pouches...Thanks for the post!
