Easy Sugar Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Shape dough into 1" balls. Place about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
