Super easy Sugar Cookie recipe, enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 C. (2 sticks) margarine or butter softened
- 1 egg
- 2 t. vanilla
- 2 C. flour
Directions
- Mix sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Shape dough into 1" balls. Place about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
