How to make it

  • Heat oven to 325. Brown kielbasa in deep 12" ovenproof skillet(not non-stick) over med-high heat 4 mins;remove. Brown chicken parts 15 mins;remove. In same pan,saute diced onion and red pepper with minced garlic 5 mins. Add white wine,chicken broth,salt,and pepper. Stir in converted rice,bay leaves,chicken and kielbasa;bring to just to a boil. Transfer pan to oven. Bake,covered,50 mins. Stir in chopped parsley and thawed green beans;let stand 10 mins
