Ingredients
  • 6 chicken breasts - skinless and boneless
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs; mixed with milk (for dipping)
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions
  1. Coat chicken in flour.
  2. Dip in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Put oil into skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook through until browned on each side.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and place in 13x9-inch pan.
  6. In skillet, saute walnuts until slightly toasted; 1-2 minutes.
  7. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients stirring to dissolve cornstarch.
  8. Add mixture to walnuts in skillet and bring to boil while stirring constantly.
  9. Reduce heat and let simmer until thick; about 4 minutes.
  10. Pour over chicken and serve.
