Peanutbutter Pie Recipe
This is a very rich desert and so simple to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 (6 oz.) Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Chocolate or regular Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 1/2 cups)
  • Bar of dark or milk chocolate.

Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter, mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze 6 hours.
  2. Grate chocolate bar and sprinkle over pie.
  3. Freeze leftovers.

OH YUM, I can do this now, I have everything in the house to make it. Best do it in a hurry before Lent starts or I'll have to wait till Easter. Great post.


Your recipe is different from mine, I'll have to try this one. I've never seen chocolate sweetened condensed milk, it's going on my list. One can never have too many peanut butter pie recipes:o)
