Delicious, easy, kid friendly kielbasa recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 4 cups rice,cooked

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except rice, in a large skillet or saute pan. Simmer, covered, on low for one hour. Serve over cooked rice.
